1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: the email address and password you provide when you create an account.
• Photos you upload: images of items you want to list. Photos are sent to our AI provider to generate a listing and are not permanently stored on our servers after your listing is generated.
• Usage data:information about how many listings you’ve generated, your selected marketplace, and your plan and billing status.
• Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number or other sensitive payment details on our own servers.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating listings from your photos;
• Create and manage your account and authenticate you when you log in;
• Process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe;
• Enforce usage limits tied to your plan (e.g. free trial and monthly listing caps);
• Communicate with you about your account, billing, or changes to the Service;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with the following third parties solely to operate the Service:

• Anthropic(our AI provider) — receives the photos you upload and processes them to generate listing content.
• Supabase(our database and authentication provider) — stores your account information and subscription/usage records.
• Stripe(our payment processor) — handles checkout, billing, and payment information.
• Vercel(our hosting provider) — hosts the Service and may process standard web request logs.

Each of these providers processes information under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and subscription information for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations. Photos you upload are used transiently to generate a listing and are not retained by us after processing; generated listing content is returned to you and is not stored in our database.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You can access or update your account information at any time while logged in. To request deletion of your account and associated data, or to ask any question about the data we hold about you, contact us at the email below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law (such as the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information); we will honor valid requests consistent with those laws.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to operate the Service securely. We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and you must be at least 18 to create an account. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
